7/10/12-He was having sniper fantasies again the landscape perfectly mirrored his mentation vultures flew low kids convinced of immortality raced each other up a limestone cliff at its base williamson creek almost dry now would periodically rage in flashflood churning trees boulders bodies and cars along its widened channel today everything baked scorpions and rattlers oblivious of their salty links to the sea hid beneath convenient ledges a billion creatures across an arid expanse mechanically executed their separate destinies...
