1/7/08-There's a race but I no longer see the others its tough but also stimulating it runs through a cityscape and a countryside near the shore it feels good to be running I see the gray ocean its huge swells the mighty waves crashing in on a sandy rock strewn beach I can feel the curving of the earth beneath my feet my muscles strong my lungs deep I simply run and want to keep running...
